Bringing Longridge Together: The Pendle Hill Properties Halloween Trail Returns!
At Pendle Hill Properties, we believe being part of a community means so much more than helping people buy and sell homes. It means supporting local businesses, creating opportunities for families to come together and playing our part in making Longridge a wonderful place to live, work and grow up.
That is exactly why we are delighted to announce that the Pendle Hill Properties Halloween Trail is returning to Longridge this October half-term!

Running from Monday 26th October to Saturday 31st October 2026, this year's trail will see 15 fantastic local businesses getting involved, with lots of children expected to take part in the spooky fun.

More Than Just a Halloween Trail
Longridge is a town with a real sense of community, and it is the people, independent businesses and local organisations that help make it such a special place. As a local estate agent, we are proud to be part of that community, and we want to do what we can to help it thrive.

For us, supporting Longridge is about more than property. It is about building relationships, celebrating the people who make the town what it is and helping create positive experiences for local families.

The Halloween Trail is one way we can bring all of this together. It gives children something exciting to look forward to during half-term, encourages families to get out and about, and shines a spotlight on the brilliant businesses right here on their doorstep.

We also know how important local businesses are to the character of our town. By encouraging families to visit participating shops and businesses, we hope the trail will help people discover somewhere new, reconnect with familiar faces and show their support for the businesses that make Longridge such a vibrant place to live.

How Will the Halloween Trail Work?
With preparations already well underway, we are looking forward to welcoming families to take part in this year's spooky adventure!

Trail cards are being delivered to school children across the local area and will also be available to collect from the Pendle Hill Properties office at 74 Berry Lane, Longridge, PR3 3WH.

Children can make their way around Longridge, visiting the 15 participating businesses and collecting stamps along the way. Collect the stamps and be in with a chance to win some fantastic prizes!

It is a lovely way to get children exploring their local town, enjoying a little Halloween fun and discovering the businesses that are part of everyday life in Longridge.

Whether it is a familiar shop they visit every week or somewhere they have never stepped inside before, we hope the trail will give families plenty of reasons to enjoy spending time in the town centre.

Supporting the Businesses That Make Longridge Special
One of the things we love most about Longridge is its community spirit. From independent shops and cafés to local services and family-run businesses, there are so many people working hard to make the town a great place to live.

Events such as the Halloween Trail provide an opportunity to celebrate these businesses and encourage more people to discover what they have to offer.

We are delighted that 15 local businesses are joining us this year, and we are incredibly grateful for their involvement. It is this willingness to come together and support one another that helps create a stronger, more connected community.

We hope the trail will not only bring smiles to lots of little faces but also encourage families to continue supporting these businesses long after Halloween has passed.

Looking Forward to Another Fantastic Year
We cannot wait to see Longridge filled with families enjoying the trail throughout half-term. It is a wonderful opportunity to bring people together, celebrate our town and create happy memories for local children.

We will be sharing more information across our social media channels as the event approaches, so keep an eye on our pages for updates and details of the participating businesses.

From everyone at Pendle Hill Properties, thank you to the local businesses taking part, the schools helping us reach families and everyone who supports the event. It is a real team effort, and we are proud to help bring it to life.
