HOW WAS PENDLE HILL PROPERTIES FOUNDED?

Pendle Hill Properties began in 2008, inspired by the famous Pendle Witch story and a passion for serving the community. What started on the top of Pendle Hill has grown into a family-run agency with two branches and a reputation for honesty, accuracy, and care. Led by father and son, Andrew and Tom, our team is small but mighty-five experts working together under one roof. We don’t just sell houses; we guide people through life-changing moves with director-level involvement at every stage.

2008 – Foundation

Pendle Hill Properties was founded with a vision to bring transparency and trust to UK real estate. From day one, our focus has been on client satisfaction and integrity.

2010 – Expansion into Burnley based Head Office

We expanded our services, opening new offices and strengthening our local presence to serve more communities.

2017 – Innovation and Big Data discovery

Embracing technology, we introduced digital valuation tools and online property platforms, making buying and selling easier for our clients.

2020 – Thomas promoted to Sales Director 

Thomas’s promotion marked a new era of leadership, blending traditional values with a modern, tech-led approach to sales.

2021 - Pendle Hill Properties Mortgages Brand comes alive

Our in-house mortgage brand was launched, giving clients trusted, independent advice under the Pendle Hill Properties name.

2022 - Toby Promoted to Lettings Director 

Toby’s promotion to Lettings Director strengthened our service for landlords and tenants, ensuring director-level care across every department.

2023 - Expansion and Opening of Longridge Branch 

We proudly expanded our footprint with the opening of our Longridge branch, reaffirming our commitment to the local community.

2024 - AI / Data Led Implementation

Innovation took centre stage as we introduced AI and data-driven systems to match buyers faster and enhance client experience.

2025-Present - Neuron Website Investment
