As well as almost being next door, I also used them because I was impressed by their professional but friendly attitude.

I dealt with several members of the team including Thomas who did the initial valuation, Toby who did the viewings and Andrew, who dealt with the actual sale.

The whole team were excellent. My Mum had been admitted to a Care Home and as I was putting the house on the market she died. The house then became a Probate sale. The team were very kind to me, guided me through the whole process, recommended solicitors and basically I just left the whole thing to them.

I live in New Zealand and I was kept informed at every step and would recommend them without hesitation.
